High Coast Hike gives you the chance to experience the very best of the High Coast World Heritage Site.
It’s always fun to learn something new. During High Coast Hike, you’ll have the chance to meet Woolpower and Naturkompaniet, who’ll share their best tips for making your outdoor adventures even more comfortable.
During Wednesday’s welcome evening, Jerry from FriluftsByn will go through the map and share some useful tips for the hike ahead.
On Thursday evening, you can learn more about wool and even make your own wool products together with Woolpower.
On Friday evening, you can join Naturkompaniet’s talk and pick up plenty of useful tips for your future adventures.

Woolpower
The Swedish Wool Specialist
Woolpower is a wool specialist, with all its production based in Östersund. Woolpower will be there from the welcome evening, where you’ll find selected products at special prices.
At Thursday night’s campsite, you can also learn more about wool and make your own wool products using leftover materials from their factory.
Woolpower makes warm base layers and insulating garments using its own specially developed Ullfrotté Original material. All of its products are made in Sweden. At its new factory in Östersund, Woolpower handles everything from knitting and preparing the fabric to sewing, packing and storage. We’re delighted to have Woolpower joining us once again at High Coast Hike.

Wedensday
During the pre-evening, Woolpower will be there offering special prices on its products.
Thursday 17:00 – 20:00
At the first campsite, you can make your own wool products. Presentation at 18:00.
Saturday
During Saturday’s After-Hike, prizes will be awarded for the best wool creations made during the hike.

Naturkompaniet
Naturkompaniet – Sweden’s leading outdoor retailer – will be with us throughout the adventure to make your experience even better. You’ll meet them during the welcome evening, along the trail and at the second campsite, where they’ll host an inspiring talk.
Wednesday
During Wednesday’s welcome evening, Naturkompaniet will be there to help if you have any questions about your gear or would like some help adjusting your backpack.
During the Hike
Representatives from Naturkompaniet will join us out on the trail. They might not have all the answers, but together with our guides, they can help sort out most things.
Friday 19:00
On Friday evening, if you’re up for incredible views and learning something new, join us for the hike from the campsite to the top of Gyltberget, where Magnus will share some of his best outdoor tips.

The Original adventure that takes us to some of the absolute highlights of the World Heritage High Coast. We hike between 10 - 16 km per day.
Wanderlust »
If you want to hike shorter distances and take more breaks while still experiencing magnificent nature. Approximately 10 km of hiking per day.
Wanderlust Light »
With lighter packing, it becomes easier to enjoy the hike. We transport your tent and sleeping bag — giving you more room for the experience.
