The High Coast Hike is organized by FriluftsByn in collaboration with Naturkompaniet, Woolpower, and Outmeals. We also want to extend a big thank you to the County Administrative Board, which since 2013 has provided wise thoughts on how we can create a sustainable adventure that helps us showcase the unique nature of the High Coast to both experienced and novice hikers.
Last but not least, a big thank you to the landowners who allow us to hike through their land and all the guides who travel to join us – thanks to you, the adventure becomes possible.

A meeting place for nature, creativity, and community and the initiator of this adventure, which started in 2013.

We are incredibly grateful for the support we receive from the approx. 20 landowners whose properties we pass through and stay on during the hike.
COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD
The High Coast Hike goes through both a National Park and a Nature Reserve, and we are really pleased with the good cooperation with the County Administrative Board.

Without all the guides and volunteers who travel here, we wouldn’t have been able to create this hiking festival. Thank you for allowing us to do this together.
